From autonomous cars to life‑saving robots, our digital and software technology experts think outside the box as they provide unique R&D and engineering services across all industries. Join us for a career full of opportunities.

Where you can make a difference.

Where no two days are the same.

Your Role

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect – AI & Cloud Platforms (Generative & Agentic AI) to define, govern, and ensure the successful delivery of enterprise‑scale digital and AI platforms in regulated and government environments. You will translate business and product requirements into secure, scalable, and compliant architectures , with a primary emphasis on GenAI and multi‑agent systems – including sovereign/private LLM deployments , RAG patterns, agentic orchestration , and LLMOps – while ensuring robust platform foundations across on‑prem, private cloud, and hybrid environments. You will collaborate with engineering, AI, DevOps, security, and product teams to drive architecture from strategy to production.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Client Leadership

  • Shape enterprise AI & platform strategy and convert functional/non‑functional requirements into GenAI‑first solution architectures (RAG, tool‑use, function‑calling, multi‑agent orchestration) with clear trade‑offs and compliance alignment.
  • Present architectures and key decisions to senior stakeholders (including government entities); provide documentation and rationale to support design reviews and approvals.
  • Govern architectural consistency across programs and promote reuse of shared platform services.

Technical Leadership & Architecture

  • Define end‑to‑end solution architectures (HLD/LLD, data‑/control‑flow, interface specs) across dev, staging, and production; ensure alignment across multiple applications and platforms.
  • Design and oversee enterprise‑grade GenAI solutions, including private/sovereign LLM deployments, RAG, model orchestration, and AI workflows with data classification, privacy, and governance baked in.
  • Architect agentic AI solutions and multi‑agent systems, specifying patterns for agent planning, memory, tool‑use, and inter‑agent collaboration using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and workflow tools like n8n and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • Establish security controls for AI and platforms (authn/authz, token management aligned to enterprise identity standards; data protection; prompt handling; output safeguards) and lead inputs to threat modeling and VAPT.

Delivery Leadership

  • Provide ongoing architectural governance through development, testing, and release; review designs/implementations to ensure fidelity to the approved architecture.
  • Partner with DevOps to define CI/CD pipelines, environment promotion strategies, observability/monitoring/logging, and operational readiness (scalability, resilience, and continuity).
  • Support incident response and decision‑making during delivery to minimize operational risk and ensure SLO/SLI alignment.

People & Capability Building

  • Act as the primary technical liaison across engineering, AI, DevOps, security, and product; mentor teams on architectural standards, documentation rigor, and secure‑by‑design practices.
  • Codify and share reference architectures, patterns, and guardrails for GenAI, agentic AI, and platform services for reuse across programs.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8‑15+ years in solution/system/platform architecture with a track record delivering large‑scale enterprise or government platforms in regulated contexts.
  • Proven breadth across application architecture, infrastructure, security , and AI platforms , including GenAI and model integration patterns.
  • Deep experience with Kubernetes‑based platforms (on‑prem/private cloud), CI/CD and infrastructure‑as‑code , and secure API‑ and service‑oriented design.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead security, compliance, and assurance activities (authn/authz and token patterns aligned with enterprise identity, threat modeling, and VAPT leadership).
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, documentation, problem‑solving, and the ability to operate in complex, multi‑party environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in government/public sector or highly regulated industries; exposure to sovereign cloud, private AI platforms, or air‑gapped environments.
  • Prior hands‑on experience in software engineering or DevOps roles, enabling pragmatic, implementation‑aware architectural decisions.
  • Practical familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex), workflow tooling (n8n, MCP), and LLMOps evaluation/guardrail patterns at enterprise scale.

What You’ll Love About Working Here

  • We recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support. Be it remote work, or flexible work hours, you will get an environment to maintain a healthy work‑life balance.
  • At the heart of our mission is your career growth. Our array of career growth programs and diverse professions are crafted to support you in exploring a world of opportunities.
  • Equip yourself with valuable certifications in the latest technologies.
