This role exists for one reason: to lead design.

Our client is an established international architecture and design practice with a strong presence in the Middle East. They are trusted on high-value workplace, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. The Dubai studio is growing and needs a Design Director to set the creative standard.

You will own design vision, mentor senior designers, and shape major commissions from concept to delivery.

What you will do

• Define and articulate clear design intent
• Guide and challenge senior design teams
• Present directly to clients and win their confidence
• Elevate design quality across the studio
• Integrate AI and emerging tools into design workflows

What matters most

• 7+ years in architectural or interior design
• Strong portfolio with built work
• Proven leadership of design teams
• Ability to lead concept and narrative
• Confidence in presenting to clients
• Experience with Revit and major visualization tools
