Job Summary

We are searching for a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter who is passionate about our mission and values. The ideal candidate should possess technical expertise and the ability to manage recruitment processes effectively. They should have a track record of identifying top talent and connecting them with career opportunities. We need a hands‑on recruiter who can bring innovative ideas to our recruitment efforts and contribute to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle and lead the process of evaluating resumes and interviewing candidates across various stages of our hiring funnel, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every step.
  • Lead and support our recruiting team, inspiring them to maintain the high standards we set for ourselves.
  • Work smart to scale our business impact by automating workflows and processes to reduce the time spent on manual work, allowing us to focus on finding and hiring top talent.
  • Bring innovation to candidate skills assessment tools.
  • Monitor ongoing hiring processes and ensure timely updates to improve internal communications and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate and communicate closely with clients to ensure job descriptions, listings, and other recruitment materials are up‑to‑date and accurate, reflecting the true culture and MENA’s talent brand.
  • Use innovative tools to manage talent pools for new positions, ensuring we remain on the cutting edge of recruitment strategies, processes, and policies, and expanding our existing database of top talent.
  • Ensure new hires are set up for a seamless onboarding experience, following up with them to ensure engagement and success as valuable members of the client’s team.

Requirements

  • +4 years of experience in recruiting operations or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in identifying, engaging and hiring top talent in tech or high‑growth companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, computer science or engineering, or a similar field, with a strong academic record.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes and develop innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in recruiting management software such as Zoho Recruit and applicant tracking systems such as GreenHouse, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline and optimize the recruiting process.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment channels and social media groups, with the ability to source and engage candidates.
  • Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English with excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate with a global team effectively and clients.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Innovative data‑driven person with excellent analytical and research skills, using data and insights to drive decision‑making.
  • Experience working remotely with tools like Slack, Jira, and Google Docs, with the ability to collaborate effectively and communicate in a virtual environment.
  • Strong ownership and ability to work fully independently, taking initiative and driving results.
  • Flexible time with a good sense of work/life balance, able to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Lifelong learner with a passion for making an impact, continuously improving and growing personally and professionally.

About the Opportunity
