Overview

We are building a global, AI-enabled platform serving sophisticated investors, private wealth groups, institutional buyers, and strategic partners.

Our long-term success depends on membership quality. We are seeking an experienced leader to design, operate, and protect a high-trust, invitation-based global membership ecosystem.

This is a strategic ownership role focused on governance, trust, and long-term value creation — not marketing, content, or engagement metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee global membership structure (tiers, standards, access controls)
• Lead admissions and uphold strict quality criteria
• Build structured environments that enable meaningful member outcomes
• Ensure measurable value creation and long-term retention
• Align external partners with member standards
• Safeguard trust, reputation, and network integrity
• You will be accountable for membership quality, retention, and long-term defensibility.

Profile

• Experience building or advising high-trust, invite-only networks
• Deep understanding of capital ecosystems and senior decision-makers
• Systems thinker with strong governance instincts
• Focused on long-term institutional value over short-term growth

Authority & Alignment

This role includes full ownership of admissions and membership standards, with executive backing when quality conflicts with revenue.

Compensation aligns with long-term impact, retention, and network outcomes.
