A major global organisation is seeking a debt finance lawyer to join its Dubai based legal team in a newly created role.

This position will act as the right-hand to the Head of Legal, advising on complex, cross-border financings across 80+ jurisdictions. The work includes syndicated lending, acquisition finance and negotiation of LMA-based documentation, working closely with senior stakeholders and top-tier external counsel.

To be considered for this position you must meet the following:

• Qualified in a common law jurisdiction (UK/AUS/NZ/SG/HK preferred)
• Strong debt finance background from a leading law firm, in-house experience also considered
• Experience with syndicated lending and LMA documentation
• Commercial, resilient and confident in negotiations
