SearchPlus HR is looking for a skilled and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our network of private hospitals and healthcare groups. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric care, focusing on diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of mental health conditions while working collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions.
  • Develop, implement, and manage effective treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
  • Provide psychotherapy, medication management, and support to patients across a range of mental health challenges.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and primary care providers, to deliver holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation in line with healthcare regulations.
  • Participate in case discussions and contribute to the development of treatment protocols and best practices.
  • Stay current with the latest research and trends in psychiatry to inform clinical practice.
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and support resources.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards in all patient interactions.
  • Medical degree with a valid psychiatry license.
  • Completion of residency training in psychiatry.
  • Experience in diagnosing and treating a variety of mental health disorders within a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and therapeutic modalities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
