This leading organisation is undergoing a major digital and technology transformation to strengthen its global competitiveness.

• Identify, assess, and prioritise AI and emerging tech opportunities aligned with organisational strategy.
• Lead development, prototyping, and scaling of solutions across AI, Robotics, and Digital platforms.
• Drive cross‑functional delivery from concept to implementation, ensuring operational excellence.
• Build a culture of innovation and manage partnerships with technology providers and research organisations.
• Oversee budgets, resources, risk management, and performance frameworks for all related initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 18+ years’ experience in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI, Robotics, or Digital Transformation.
• Proven track record delivering innovative solutions within large, complex organisations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Certifications such as CAIP, PMP, or advanced vendor certifications (Microsoft, Google, AWS) preferred.
