We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Junior Consultant Obstetrics Gynecologist to join a government hospital in the UAE. As a Junior Consultant, you will work alongside experienced specialists in providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing, treating, and managing a range of women’s health issues, while also participating in educational initiatives to promote health awareness in the community.
Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and treating various obstetric and gynecological conditions under the supervision of senior consultants
- Conduct routine examinations, prenatal check-ups, and postpartum care for patients
- Participate in surgical procedures and gain hands-on experience in various gynecological operations
- Provide patient education and counseling on reproductive health and family planning
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities
- Contribute to clinical research and health initiatives aimed at improving women’s health services
Requirements
- Medical degree with a valid license to practice as a Junior Consultant Obstetrics Gynecologist
- Completion of a residency program in obstetrics and gynecology
- Newly graduated or up to 2 years of experience in a relevant medical setting
- Strong foundational knowledge of obstetrics and gynecology practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach towards patients
