Role Overview

We are hiring a Head of Marketing & Growth who will take full ownership of revenue growth and user acquisition.

This role combines:

  • Performance Marketing
  • Social Media Ownership and management.
  • Community Building and management
  • Brand Positioning
  • Affiliate & Influencer Growth

You are not managing from distance. You are building and scaling.

Core Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing (Primary Focus)

  • Own all paid acquisition channels:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Scale profitable campaigns globally.
  • Optimize CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV
  • Control and allocate marketing budgets efficiently
  • Implement proper tracking (GA4, pixels, postback, attribution)
  • Work closely with creative team to test aggressive and high-converting creatives
  • Improve onboarding conversion rates
  • Optimize activation and retention
  • Create referral loops & viral mechanics
  • Design promotions that increase battle participation
  • Analyze user cohorts & lifetime value

3. Social Media & Community (Direct Ownership)

  • Fully own Tradeiators’ social presence:
  • X (Twitter)
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • Telegram / Discord
  • Build active trader community
  • Increase engagement and loyalty
  • Oversee daily posting & content strategy
  • Appear live or represent brand when required

This is not “just posting”. This is community growth.

4. Affiliate & Influencer Growth

  • Expand affiliate program
  • Structure CPA and revenue models
  • Track and optimize affiliate performance
  • Build long-term influencer relationships

5. Brand & Positioning

  • Strengthen Tradeiators positioning:
  • “Trade against traders, not brokers”
  • Improve website messaging
  • Maintain brand consistency

6. Data & Reporting

  • Weekly performance dashboard
  • Monthly growth plan
  • Budget allocation transparency
  • Clear KPI tracking

No guessing. Only numbers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in performance marketing
  • Experience in CFD / trading / fintech / gaming (strong advantage)
  • Proven experience scaling paid traffic
  • Strong understanding of funnels & CRO
  • Experience managing $100k+ monthly ad budgets preferred
  • Deep knowledge of Meta & Google Ads
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving startup

(If you only managed agencies before, this is not enough.)

KPIs (First 6 Months)

  • Lower CPA
  • Increase FTDs
  • Increase battle participation
  • Grow affiliate base

Compensation Structure

2. Performance Bonus tied to:

  • Net revenue growth
  • CAC reduction
  • Retention improvements

3. Equity options in the company long term.
