Technical / Creative Director (Arabic Speaking)

Le Chene is supporting a growing creative production business in the UAE to appoint a senior Technical / Creative Directorto oversee operational delivery, creative excellence, and scalable studio infrastructure.

This is a strategic leadership role within a high-performing, brand-led environment.

Scope

• End-to-end oversight of production across integrated brand campaigns
• Establishing and optimising internal workflows, processes & delivery standards
• Budget ownership, cost management & margin control
• Vendor, supplier, artist, influencer & freelancer management
• Resource planning and studio capacity oversight
• Partnering with leadership to drive operational scalability
• Supporting the development of a structured, high-performing in-house team

Profile

• 10+ years experience within creative agencies, production houses or brand studios
• Strong production leadership background with operational oversight
• Commercially astute with proven experience managing production budgets
• Experience building or refining systems within growing environments
• Confident leading cross-functional creative and delivery teams
• Calm, solutions-oriented and comfortable in fast-paced settings
