The Role:

As our Event Creative Director, you will be the driving force behind our groundbreaking events. You’ll have the opportunity to unleash your creativity, design immersive experiences, and lead a talented team to deliver events that leave a lasting impression. From corporate galas to cultural festivals, you’ll craft narratives that captivate, excite, and inspire.

What We’re Looking For:

Creative vision and strategy:

  1. Develop and articulate the creative vision for events in alignment with Eventgoals and Experience.
  2. Formulate and implement creative strategies to enhance the overall event experience.

Concept development:

  1. Lead the ideation and conceptualization of event themes, design elements, and experiences
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between creative concepts and event objectives

Event design & production:

  1. Oversee the design and production of event materials, including signage, visuals, stage setups, and multimedia content
  2. Work closely with design teams and external vendors to bring creative concepts to life

Team leadership:

  1. Manage and inspire a creative team, including 3d designers and other creative professionals
  2. Provide clear direction, mentorship, and feedback to ensure the team’s success and professional growth

Client and stakeholder collaboration:

  1. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision, goals, and expectations for events
  2. Present creative concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and ensuring client satisfaction

Trend analysis and innovation:

  1. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative innovations
  2. Infuse fresh and innovative ideas into event concepts to ensure a cutting-edge and competitive edge

Vendor and partner relationships:

  1. Cultivate and maintain relationships with external creative agencies, vendors, and partners
  2. Negotiate contracts and ensure that external collaborators align with the creative vision and meet quality standards

Execution oversight:

  1. Ensure seamless execution of creative elements during events, working closely with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve resolutions.
  2. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience must include exhibitions show, festival, awards ceremony and corporate events.
  • Proficiency in SKETCHUP, lumion and 3ds max
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Event Management, Marketing, or Design.
  • Proven experience in a creative leadership role, particularly in event management or production
  • Strong conceptual and strategic thinking abilities
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in design tools and multimedia software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Budget management experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passion for creativity and a keen eye for details
