Our client is looking for a Partnership Consultant, responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies through our channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generates revenue by managing Incoming sales inquiries from different channel partners.
  • Trains and develops business set up firms/new consultants to maximize number of sales in the market.
  • Regularly visiting new and existing channel partners and updating the brief of the meeting on ZOHO. Also addressing their challenges and resolve them.
  • A minimum number of 35 meetings with channel partners are must per month, meetings should be added in ZOHO
  • Educates channel partners with information related to company set-up formation, suitable business activities, eligibilities, free zones rules, terms and conditions or any new changes.
  • Regular communication with Channel Partners to make sure that the relationship with the Free zone is good.
  • Attends events and business networks to maximize number of channel partners.
  • Achieves Monthly sales targets and provide monthly report on the number of sales
  • Masters the product information and competitive packages
  • Coordinates between Compliance team and Operations Team to facilitate clients’ requirements.
  • Analyzes market competition by conducting regular mystery shopping with free zones/competitors.
  • Maintains high conversion rates.
  • Assists consultants from initial inquiry, requirements to incorporate the company and visa related fees
  • Prepares reports as required and/or requested by the line manager.

Qualifications & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in CRM systems
  • Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
  • Strong communication skill (verbal and writing)
