Sr Program Manager AMET – Fulfillment Acceleration

An innovative Program Manager with superior analytical and planning abilities and preferred experience in Supply Chain / Logistics. Must have knowledge and experience in direct‑to‑customer fulfillment operations as well as excellent technical problem‑solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Launching new programs to accelerate speed (e.g., Dark Store SSD Direct customer deliveries).
• Setting up the network and transportation configurations (NDC Fulfillment experience, FX charters across all emerging markets).
• Program managing the launch of new systems, tools, dashboards, and processes while undertaking cost/speed improvement projects.
• Working with cross‑functional, cross‑country teams spanning finance, operations, 3PL tech to set up processes for maintaining configurations and driving improvements in existing fulfillment.
• Directly responsible for senior leadership reviews on these programs.

Qualifications

• 5 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 5 years of supply chain experience.
• 5 years of communicating with and presenting to executive and senior audiences.
• 5 years of defining and executing against program timelines & requirements.
• Master’s degree or MBA in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or an equivalent quantitative field.
• 5 years of change management experience.
• Experience in complex problem solving and working in a tight schedule environment.
