Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to spearhead our growth across real estate services and global trading verticals. This role demands a strategic thinker and an execution champion who can elevate brand positioning, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships across the UAE and international markets.

You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing key accounts, closing high-value deals, and collaborating closely with senior leadership to drive top-line revenue. Ideal candidates must have a strong track record in business development within real estate, facility management, or trading industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new clients and markets
• Oversee all marketing initiatives – online and offline – to build brand visibility
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and client profiling
• Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline and CRM system
• Coordinate with internal operations and product teams for tailored solutions
• Lead RFP/tender responses, client presentations, and contract negotiations
• Drive lead generation campaigns and networking at industry events
• Report to General Manager and contribute to strategic planning and forecasting

Requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development
• Strong background in Real Estate and Global Trading sectors (B2B & B2C)
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management, and digital marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• UAE market experience is a must; Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage
