Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- 4 years of experience managing digital marketing/advertising campaigns, and managing relationships with clients, customers, or agencies.
- 3 years of project management experience.
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- 2 years of experience in a leadership role without direct reports or 1 year of experience in a people management or team leader role.
- Experience in campaign management and performance advertising using the Google Ads platform, and search/YouTube advertising.

Responsibilities
- Influence key customer stakeholders by leading strategic meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
- Deliver exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
- Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, handle objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth targets.
- Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
