Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience developing relationships with customers, and working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
- 5 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in the sales or digital marketing industry, with 3 years of experience building and managing sales teams.
- Experience with the Google Marketing Platform.
- Experience delivering long-term customer success.
- Experience working with executives as well as cross-functionally across management.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of DV360 specialists and drive growth.
- Define the team’s idea, mission, and strategic direction, creating a roadmap for growth and impact. Develop and foster executive relationships, and generate growth from a set of key accounts.
- Build relationships with partners across Google. Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to identify opportunities, share insights, and drive customer success.
- Lead programmatic advertising, develop innovative strategies to acquire new clients, and ensure seamless on-boarding onto Google’s programmatic platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional and peer leaders to serve as an industry thought leader in order to empower sellers to have more strategic, forward looking conversations and accelerate business growth.
