Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technical strategy and management for the project
• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary technical teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and cross-line collaboration.
• Establish, implement, and monitor technical standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure product quality, technical integrity, and operational safety.
• Provide technical leadership and expert input for major projects, proposals, and technical reviews.
• Foster collaboration with international clients, partners, and research institutions to drive continuous improvement and technology advancement.
• Supervise and guide senior engineers and technical managers, building a globally competitive and high-performing technical team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of industry experience, with expertise in overall oil and gas field engineering design, process unit design, utility and auxiliary engineering design;
• Demonstrated ability to organize project technical reviews and make strong technical decisions;
• Overseas project experience preferred, with the ability to communicate independently with international parties.
