Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of IT Staffing to lead and expand our technology recruitment business across Europe and the GCC region . The role will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing recruitment team, driving business development, and delivering high-quality IT talent solutions to clients across multiple industries.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT recruitment/staffing, client acquisition, and team leadership , with a proven track record of successfully servicing European markets and the UAE/GCC region .

Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Management

  • Lead business development initiatives to acquire new clients across Europe and GCC markets .
  • Build strategic relationships with technology companies, consulting firms, and enterprise clients .
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the IT staffing business and increase revenue .
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements with clients.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Recruitment & Delivery Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
  • Oversee delivery of contract, permanent, and project-based IT staffing solutions .
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of client mandates while maintaining quality standards.
  • Build talent pipelines for critical IT roles across multiple technology stacks.

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing IT recruitment team .
  • Establish performance metrics and KPIs for recruiters and delivery teams.
  • Implement best practices in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations.
  • Drive efficiency through recruitment technologies, ATS, and digital sourcing platforms .

Market & Industry Expertise

  • Maintain strong knowledge of technology hiring trends in Europe and GCC markets .
  • Provide insights on salary benchmarking, talent availability, and hiring trends .

  • Develop and execute the regional IT staffing growth strategy .
  • Identify new service opportunities such as RPO, contract staffing, and project-based hiring models .
  • Collaborate with leadership on expansion plans across new markets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field .
  • 10–15+ years of experience in IT recruitment/staffing , with at least 5+ years in a leadership role .
  • Proven experience working with European and GCC/UAE markets .
  • Strong track record in client acquisition and revenue generation in staffing services .
  • Experience managing large recruitment teams and delivery operations .
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working in IT staffing agencies or global recruitment firms .
  • Strong network within technology companies and consulting firms in Europe and GCC .
  • Familiarity with contract staffing, managed services, and RPO models .
  • Experience scaling staffing businesses across multiple geography
