We are a leading F&B group founded by a prominent European entrepreneurial family, partnering with world-class culinary and creative talent to build category-defining brands across restaurants, bars, catering, and food production. With a footprint spanning Europe and North America, we employ 800+ people and operate 25+ restaurants and venues in the UK, serving more than 1.5 million guests annually.

This is a role for a builder. You will own new concepts end-to-end: from initial hypothesis through validation, product development, deal‑making, and launch, then hand over to a scaling team and start again.

What You’ll Do

Validate and Build

  • Lead market research and commercial analysis to determine whether a concept is worth pursuing
  • Oversee product development including taste testing, formulation, and supplier identification
  • Build the financial model and stress‑test unit economics before launch

Launch and Execute

  • Develop the full go-to-market plan including pricing, channel strategy, and launch sequencing
  • Own packaging, branding, and design briefs in partnership with creative teams
  • Negotiate and sign production, manufacturing, and distribution deals
  • Execute licensing and partnership agreements where relevant

Scale and Move On

  • Prove the concept in market, bring in a team to scale it, then move to the next one

Example Project: Launching a co‑branded protein water with a major recording artist across South America, from product brief and flavour testing through to distributor negotiations, licensing, and market launch.

Who You Are

  • Taken consumer products from zero to shelf
  • Comfortable with both a spreadsheet and a factory floor
  • Experienced in FMCG, F&B, or consumer brand development
  • A deal‑maker who negotiates with manufacturers and distributors without hand‑holding
  • Energised by variety and moving fast
  • Location: London preferred | Open to remote / flexible
