Sales Director – International Health Benefits
Overview:
We are working with a well recognised, award winning insurance broker who are looking to add both Sales Managers and Directors to their Global Benefits Practice, covering individual, SME and Corporate accounts. Our client is seeking experienced sales hunters who can build and maintain strong relationships and close high value opportunities.
This senior role focuses on acquiring and growing corporate clients in the international health insurance space. The Sales Director will drive B2B growth, structure global benefits solutions, and advise HR and procurement leaders across regional and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic business development in the UAE and abroad
- Build and manage a pipeline of mid-to-large corporate clients
- Advise on international private medical insurance (IPMI) and employee benefits
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Align sales strategies with product, marketing, and operations teams
- Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate CRM reporting
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years’ experience in corporate/ SME health insurance sales, with IPMI focus
- Deep understanding of regional insurance markets and providers
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and client management skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; industry certifications preferred
- CRM proficiency and ability to navigate complex sales cycles
