Project: Major Digital Transformation Initiative (Government)
Location: Onsite – Abu Dhabi, UAE
Contract Type: 6‑Month Contract (Extendable)
Start Date: Within 1 Month
Languages: Arabic speakers preferred

About the Role

A leading Big 4 consulting firm is seeking multiple Senior Functional Consultants (Finance & Procurement) to join a large‑scale cloud transformation program. These roles are ideal for seasoned professionals with strong functional expertise, deep cloud program experience, and excellent client‑facing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the functional workstream across Finance and Procurement domains within a major cloud transformation program.
  • Drive requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between functional solutions and business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with technical teams, project managers, and client leadership.
  • Provide subject matter expertise across Finance modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and Procurement modules (e.g., PO, Sourcing, Supplier Management).
  • Support project governance, documentation, and quality assurance activities.
  • Prepare and deliver high‑quality presentations, workshops, and training for client stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful adoption and smooth transition to cloud‑based financial and procurement processes.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of professional experience in Finance and/or Procurement functional roles.
  • Experience serving as Finance Lead or Solution Architect on small to mid‑sized programs.
  • Prior consulting experience is highly preferred .
  • Strong understanding of finance and procurement processes, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi full‑time.

Preferred Skills

  • Arabic language proficiency.
  • Experience working with large enterprises or government‑sector clients.
  • Certifications in relevant ERP cloud platforms.
