The Role

We’re looking for astrategic, product-driven Senior Product Manager to lead ourprepaid card issuing and B2B payments solutions (open & closed loop).

This is ahigh-impact role at the intersection of product, pre-sales, and delivery , owning the full lifecycle of prepaid card programs—from solution design and client acquisition through to launch and growth.

You’ll act as thebridge between clients, commercial teams, and technology , ensuring successful prepaid card implementations and continuous product evolution.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

Prepaid Card Solutioning & Pre-Sales

Leadsolution design for prepaid card issuing programs

Translate client needs into scalableprepaid card and payments solutions

Deliverdemos and technical workshops (APIs, redemption, settlement, SLAs)

Support commercial teams inclosing deals and defining scope (SOWs)

Delivery & Go-Live (Prepaid Card Programs)

Own theclient journey from contract to go-live

Oversee delivery across Program & Product teams

Coordinate withEngineering, Product, Operations, and Finance

Ensure smooth launches with cleartesting and readiness plans

Prepaid Card Product & Growth

Feedclient insights into the prepaid card product roadmap

Trackmarket trends, competitors, and regulations in prepaid cards and payments

Partner with Engineering tobuild scalable prepaid card capabilities

Performance & Expansion

Track key metrics:usage, transactions, uptime, SLAs

Leadperformance reviews and client satisfaction

Drivegrowth opportunities across prepaid card programs

What We’re Looking For

5+ years in Product, Solutions, or Project Management inprepaid cards, payments, or fintech

Strong experience inprepaid card issuing, stored value, or B2B payments

Proven ability inpre-sales and prepaid card solutioning

Experience managingend-to-end prepaid card program lifecycle

Strong stakeholder management acrossbusiness and technical teams

Strategic mindset with ability to shapeproduct roadmap

Experience inUAE/GCC prepaid card landscape is a plus
