My client are looking to recruit a Sales Director to drive growth by expanding partnerships with insurance providers, healthcare organizations, corporate clients, and wellness partners in the UAE and KSA. This is a leadership role for a proven sales professional with deep industry connections and a track record of building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand partnerships across healthcare, insurance, and corporate wellness sectors.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, achieving revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and tailor offerings to market needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Lead and coach a high-performing sales team, fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine value propositions and market strategies.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in sales leadership, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or related sectors.
- Strong UAE network; KSA experience is a plus.
- Proven record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience managing and scaling sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
