We are seeking a Strategy and Integration Senior Manager – M&A to lead the end-to-end integration of newly acquired healthcare assets across the UAE and KSA.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, finance, and culture , ensuring seamless integration while protecting and enhancing deal value. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, cross-border experience, and a hands-on execution mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Strategy & Execution
- Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution for acquired hospitals, clinics, labs, and healthcare platforms.
- Develop and manage 100-day integration plans , synergy models, and integration roadmaps.
- Align integration initiatives with deal thesis and investment expectations.
- Ensure smooth business continuity during integration phases.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Drive integration across key functions including Operations, Finance, HR, IT, and Supply Chain .
- Act as the central liaison between Corporate HQ and local asset leadership.
- Coordinate stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of integration milestones.
Synergy & Performance Management
- Identify and deliver cost and operational synergies .
- Support revenue enhancement initiatives and performance improvement programs.
- Standardize procurement, vendor management, and shared services across entities.
- Track integration KPIs and monitor value realization.
Governance & Reporting
- Prepare executive-level reports and integration updates for leadership, investors, and the Board.
- Maintain structured tracking of progress, risks, and action plans.
Change Management & Culture Integration
- Address cultural and operational gaps between acquired entities and corporate frameworks.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth cultural integration.
- Foster alignment across diverse teams and geographies.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure integration activities comply with healthcare regulations in UAE and KSA.
- Monitor licensing transitions, regulatory approvals, and payer alignment requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or related field .
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Mandarin speaker preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in:
- Strategy consulting
- Corporate M&A / Transaction Advisory
- Private Equity portfolio operations
- Healthcare platforms
- Proven experience in post-merger integration or large-scale transformation programs .
- Exposure to multi-country operations (Middle East experience preferred).
- Strong financial modeling, operational analysis, and synergy tracking experience.
