Our client is a respected mid-sized U.S. law firm with a strong presence across the Gulf. The Dubai office advises on a broad spectrum of matters in the UAE, including Corporate M&A, Funds, Dispute Resolution, Projects, Real Estate, Capital Markets, and Private Equity.

With deep expertise in DIFC and DFSA-related work, the team regularly handles capital markets transactions, securities offerings, company law issues, property development projects, and dispute resolution in both DIFC arbitration and courts.

The firm also advises High Net Worth individuals, Sovereign Wealth Funds, and is increasingly active in FinTech and digital assets. To capitalise on this growth, we are seeking a Partner with proven expertise in FinTech to include digital assets, covering corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Middle East FinTech and Digital Assets practice, leveraging existing client relationships and your own network. Advise on M&A, venture capital, strategic commercial agreements, outsourcing, and FS regulation in the digital assets space. Collaborate with the London office on EU FinTech mandates (crypto, regtech). Support venture and growth investors, institutional asset managers, and crypto infrastructure firms expanding into the Middle East.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Corporate & commercial generalist with strong FinTech sector expertise. Ability to originate and deliver complex cross-border mandates. Experience advising on digital finance, crypto, and emerging technologies. International outlook and cross-practice capability to serve high-growth clients at scale.
