• Experiencemanagingscheduling,routing,anddispatchinaliveenvironment
• Strongcontroloverpricing,margins,andcommissionstructures
• Thisisabuild-and-executerole,notacoordinationrole.

• Minimum5+yearsmanagingawomen’ssaloninDubai
• Directinvolvementinhomeserviceoperations
• Demonstratedabilitytobuildanddeployteamsquickly,includingassemblinga5-personspecialistteamwithin30days
• Provenabilitytolaunchandexecuteliveserviceswithin60days
• Strongcommercialawareness(uniteconomics,pricing,retention)
