Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, a related function, or an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with senior leadership and driving impact.
  • Experience with SQL or programming.
  • Experience working with datasets and coding languages, database, automation, or business intelligence (e.g., SQL, Python, R, JavaScript, Python, Tableu, Looker, etc.).
  • Ability to work with ambiguity.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced evolving environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams and sales leaders to understand drivers of business performance and provide clear insights into drivers of business growth, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead decision making on investment strategies for products, identification of key market drivers for business generation and business profitability, and resource allocation.
  • Interact with other finance, operations, and business intelligence teams to assure strategic and analytical alignment, as well as data consistency and efficiency to drive scalable analyses, tools and insights.
  • Manage and assist with various ad hoc projects.
