Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in value engineering, technical project management, strategy consulting, sales strategy in cloud computing or technology.
- Experience building quantitative business cases and financial models.
- Experience managing business executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a business or technical field.
- Experience in formulating board-level business strategies leveraging Innovation frameworks.
- Knowledge of value selling methodologies and the cloud value chain (specifically how AI/ML impacts operational efficiency).
- Understanding of cloud sales and services and a passion for the Google Cloud Platform.
- Ability to adapt quickly and operate efficiently, effectively, and with enthusiasm in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and formal presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to C-level stakeholders (CFO, CIO, COO) of key customers in JAPAC region, helping them understand the financial and operational benefits of cloud and AI adoption.
- Develop sophisticated ROI, NPV, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models that integrate technical cloud architecture with corporate finance principles.
- Create and iterate on “Value Frameworks” for core products like Gemini (AI), Data Modernization, Data Analytics and Security to be used by the broader sales organization.
- Lead value engagements for multi-year, high-dollar “Strategic Pursuits,” navigating complex client environments to deliver business value autonomously.
- Establish post-sale benchmarks to track whether the customer is achieving the business goals promised during the sales cycle.
