Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operations of the company, including sales, marketing, project management, and finance
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase profitability
  • Manage and lead a team of designers, project managers, and other staff, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and attention to detail
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the luxury interiors industry
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results and driving business growth
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high levels of performance
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competition
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
