About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Ecommerce Key Account Executive to manage and grow our omnichannel business across leading marketplaces including Amazon, Noon, Namshi, 6th Street, and Lifestyle. This role requires a strong blend of operational excellence, analytical thinking, and business acumen to drive revenue growth while ensuring seamless backend execution across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the numbers and drive topline growth across key marketplaces
  • Identify growth opportunities through pricing, assortment expansion, and visibility optimization
  • Execute platform-specific strategies to maximize sellouts and brand presence
  • Hands‑on management of marketplace backends (listing, pricing, promotions, inventory updates)
  • Own the catalog health, content quality, and platform compliance
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams for timely updates and issue resolution
  • Manage end‑to‑end e‑commerce operations across multiple channels

Inventory Planning

  • Plan and execute demand forecasting and replenishment strategies
  • Manage inventory flow including replenishment and pullback across channels
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock availability
  • Drive efficient stock allocation across platforms to minimize stock‑outs and overstocking

Order & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Coordinate internally for raising POs, ASNs, and ensuring timely dispatch
  • Validate GRNs and ensure accurate stock reconciliation across systems
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
  • Perform detailed sales and inventory reconciliations across platforms
  • Track payments, deductions, and discrepancies; ensure timely resolution
  • Generate actionable reports and insights to improve business performance

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Manage relationships with marketplace account managers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and brand teams
  • Ensure alignment on business goals and execution plans

Key Requirements

  • 5–6 years of experience in e‑commerce, preferably in Watches / Fashion / Lifestyle
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel e‑commerce business models
  • Hands‑on experience with marketplace backends (Amazon, Noon, Namshi, etc.)
  • Proven ability in inventory planning, demand forecasting, and stock management
  • Strong reconciliation and analytical skills (Excel Skills – Non‑negotiable)
  • Experience in managing POs, ASNs, and GRN validation
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen – Number Driven
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment
  • Experience with ERP is mandatory – NAV/BC will be a plus
