Responsibilities

  • Support the sales of jumbo tissue rolls to converters and industrial clients across the UAE and assigned export markets.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and commercial offers in line with company pricing and margin guidelines.
  • Follow up with customers on inquiries, samples, orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate closely with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Monitor order status and support after-sales communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track receivables and assist in coordinating with the finance team on payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain updated customer records and sales data in CRM systems.
  • Support the preparation of sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and basic market intelligence updates.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing within the tissue and paper sector.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, B2B sales, or commercial operations (experience in tissue, paper, packaging, FMCG, or industrial materials is an advantage).
  • Basic understanding of sales cycles and commercial documentation.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); CRM experience is a plus.
  • Ability to understand product specifications and work closely with technical and production teams.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.
