Launched in 2021 we have grown rapidly, leveraging decades of experience in technology, financial services and global real estate, to launch the MENA region’s first mobile app for fractional real estate investing.

The Leadership Team

At the helm of our startup is a dynamic leadership team. Each member brings a unique blend of expertise and passion, from strategic masterminds to creative trailblazers.

We are looking for a Director of Company Operations who will own and scale Stake’s end‑to‑end operating platform, driving operational excellence across all properties and business lines. This is a highly strategic and execution‑focused role.

The Director of Company Operations will act as a central integrator across the business, ensuring strong coordination between departments, translating strategy into actionable plans, and driving consistent delivery. They will also ensure that new products, verticals, and jurisdictions are operationally ready ahead of launch.
