Our client, a leading crypto prop firm, seeks an experienced Desk Head to build and lead their market-making operations. You’ll develop quantitative strategies, manage risk, and scale trading infrastructure across major exchanges.

• Build and optimize market-making strategies for crypto markets
• Research alpha generation using statistical and ML techniques
• Lead strategy implementation and performance optimization
• Manage team and collaborate with engineering on system enhancements

Qualifications

• 4-8 years HFT experience (crypto HFT preferred)
• Proven track record in market-making and delta-one products
• Strong C++ or Python programming skills
• Leadership experience with profitable strategy development
