Inch & Brick Realty is hiring a creative Social Media Manager to manage and enhance our presence across various platforms.

Social Media Management:

* Manage and update the company’s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

* Increase our social media followers organically.

* Develop and implement a social media strategy in line with overall marketing objectives.

* Create, choose, and share interesting content (text, photos, videos).

* Adhere to brand guidelines and work within them.

* Elevate our brand to new heights.

* Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions, comments, and messages.

* Engage with followers and respond to inquiries and comments on all social media.

Content Creation:

* Develop a high-quality content calendar to maintain a consistent posting schedule.

* Create engaging content formats like posts, stories, reels, and live videos.

* Utilize social media analytics to measure performance and identify trends.

* Collaborate with the marketing and design team to produce visually engaging content.

Community Management:

* Build and maintain a strong online community by interacting with followers.

* Identify and engage with key influencers in the real estate industry.

* Maintain online reputation by responding to complaints or feedback.

Social Media Advertising:

* Monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize returns on investments.

* Stay updated about social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

المتطلبات:

* At least 2 to 3 years of experience in social media management.

* Strong understanding of all social media platforms.

* Ability to generate visually appealing and engaging content.

* Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Creative and innovative thinker.
