Job Responsibilities
- Supporting the head of brands on divisional projects and matters
- Preparing visual dashboards with key performance indicators for the categories
- Analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data and converting it into presentations
- Supporting the brand manager in reviewing data for the development of brand budgets and purchasing plans
- Preparing quarterly brand/divisional activities
- Consolidating reports on brand sales, inventory management, highlighting slow and fast-moving sellers, and ageing stock
- Managing stock delivery schedules in coordination with logistics
- Managing stock allocations in each POS and preparing stock-to-sales ratios
- Coordinating with finance, warehouse teams, and POSM deliveries and allocations to locations
- Coordinating with the VM/marketing team to ensure the timely display of new arrivals and highlighting new arrivals
الملف الشخصي
- Graduate in any related discipline
- 2-3 years of retail experience in UAE
- Must possess strong analytical skills and a high aptitude for number crunching
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and should be a team player
- Orientation to results
- Updated on market trends and industry developments
