We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OCI Cloud Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies and a passion for leveraging cloud services to drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities of OCI Cloud Engineer

  1. At least 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including core services like Compute, Storage, Networking, and IAM.
  2. Strong understanding of OCI networking components, including VCNs, Security Lists, NSGs, Load Balancers, and Gateways.
  3. Advanced knowledge of Terraform, including writing complex reusable modules, managing state files, and troubleshooting IaC deployments.
  4. Experience integrating Terraform with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
  5. Hands-on experience creating and managing Ansible playbooks, roles, and inventories.
  6. Proficiency in using Ansible for configuration management, patching, and software deployment in cloud environments.
  7. Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, VPNs, and hybrid connectivity solutions such as FastConnect.
  8. Knowledge of cloud security best practices, including IAM policies, encryption, and vulnerability management.
  9. Experience in scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell for custom automation tasks.

Qualification Required for OCI Cloud Engineer

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with cloud technologies, preferably OCI.
  3. Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in scripting and automation tools.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
