Job Summary

Analyze, design, and configure SAP Tax and Revenue Management solutions. Work with key users and process owners to determine business needs. Manage system testing, training, and support.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end implementations and large cloud migrations of SAP applications, including HANA database migration, upgrades, OS/DB migrations, S/4HANA conversions, etc.
  2. Design SAP system landscape, define implementation or migration strategies, and detailed planning.
  3. Assist team members in developing and implementing technical solutions (implementations, upgrades, migrations).
  4. Have good knowledge of SAP application security, SSO technologies, infrastructure security, high availability, disaster recovery, etc.
  5. Understand new SAP products and technologies like S/4HANA, SAP BTP, BIGDATA, SDI, SLT, ILM.
  6. Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, and respond to project and customer needs.
  7. Adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines.
  8. Take initiatives, drive results, and accept increasing responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience with ERP and business solutions.
  • Two full cycle implementation projects on S/4HANA.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in tax solutions domain.

Specialized Competencies

  • Knowledge of databases like HANA, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase ASE, MaxDB, DB2.
  • Experience with SAP applications such as S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP ERP, SAP Solution Manager, SAP GRC, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP CPI, SAP NetWeaver.
  • Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows, UNIX, Linux, OS/400).
  • Technical skills in SQL, database management, business intelligence, data mining, systems administration.
  • Understanding of SAP authorization, authentication, and GRC suites; knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform capabilities is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IoT, Edge Technologies, Big Data, Machine Learning is a plus.
  • Coding skills in Shell Scripts, SQL, JavaScript, and programming languages like Java or Python are a plus.
