المسمى الوظيفي:

• Oversee the E-com website of SDG. Manage overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, check-out funnel, promotional campaigns, and work on the landing page SKUs based on what categories customers are searching for on the web.
• Direct integrated campaigns to increase conversion rates for the traffic visiting the site, reduce bounce rates, and improve ATV’s & basket size.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing manager to work on spends & marketing budgets to drive traffic to the website through calendar events.
• Define an event calendar to help category managers develop a markdown plan & discounting offers in collaboration with retail.
• Expand the marketplace by onboarding more vendors to maintain product level expansion on the website.
• Ensure site hygiene during promo periods and optimize landing, category, & product pages for efficacy.
• Oversee client satisfaction (Marketplace), address potential issues on the platform, covering shipping, delivery, & payments.
