Will support the Finance Manager in overseeing financial operations, with a specific focus on cost accounting and manufacturing-related financial activities. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, manufacturing industry experience, and proficiency in Arabic.

المهام الأساسية:

· Assist in managing the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

· Handle cost accounting tasks specific to the manufacturing industry, including cost allocation and variance analysis.

· Prepare financial reports and statements in compliance with regulatory standards.

· Support in the development and implementation of internal controls and financial policies.

· Monitor and analyze production costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

· Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial data and reports.

· Assist with audits, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.

· Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.

· Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

· Provide financial insights to aid strategic decision-making.

Reporting Line: Finance Manager

المتطلبات

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus.

· Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in manufacturing.

· Proven experience in cost accounting and financial analysis within the manufacturing sector.

· Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; SAP experience is must.

· Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations and compliance requirements.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.

· Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
