Summary:
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and managing key client relationships. This role involves a strategic approach to sales, focusing on meeting and exceeding sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
المسؤوليات:
- Identify high-value leads and strategically pursue new business opportunities in the field of IT and ELV solutions.
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed needs analysis and create customized sales proposals.
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Report to Sales Director and form strategic procedures to close leads.
- Provide input on market trends and assist in refining the company’s offerings.
- Regular follow-ups with potential clients and leads.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales executives.
- Share best practices and contribute to the professional growth of team members.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Director on progress and challenges.
مؤهلات:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Experience in handling high-value clients or managing complex sales cycles is preferred.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs.
