المسؤوليات:

  1. Promote and sell Lubricants to the B2C & B2B customers across the UAE
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with B2C & B2B customers to achieve sales targets
  3. Explore sales opportunities through market research and networking
  4. Visit potential customers and present brand/product samples and catalogues whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service
  5. Assess Customer Requirements & assist in delivering the needs
  6. Prepare and send accurate price quotations to B2C & B2B customers
  7. Prepare and send updates on product information and prices to corporate and retail customers
  8. Negotiate sales terms including price and delivery in line with company guidelines
  9. Prepare and collate information and documentation required to close a sale such as sales invoices, delivery dates and customer profile
  10. Handle customer requests for credit facilities and submit relevant credit forms and supporting documents to Finance for review and approval
  11. Follow up on payments with customers to ensure timely collection and report regularly on payment status to the Sales Manager
  12. Check stock availability and report any shortages to the Sales Manager
  13. Input and update sales activities into the system and prepare status reports on sales activities such as closings, new leads, follow-ups, and target achievement by product/brand
  14. Continuously monitor market trends & competitor activities
  15. Develop the Independent Workshop Channels
  16. Implement channel offers and promotions to different channels like Retail, High street, Independent workshops etc.

Educational Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any stream or equivalent, MBA is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the automotive industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of the Lubricants is a must.
  4. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
