Payment Structure: Commission-Only

Role Description:

Property Sales/Lettings Consultants handle the purchase, sale, and letting of residential properties.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Gathering information about properties and coordinating marketing materials.
• Staying informed about regulations in the Dubai residential property market.
• Conducting property valuations and attending viewings.
• Negotiating with prospective buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords from viewing to offer stage.
• Monitoring ongoing sales and lettings with support from Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams.
• Following up with clients through regular care calls after viewings.
• Keeping abreast of local market trends.
• Generating new business through the company’s database and networking.

About You:

• Experience in sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Presentable, professional, and honest.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Fluency in a second language is a plus.
• Smart business attire required at all times.
• Professional conduct aligned with high company standards.
• Punctuality and a proactive approach to contributing to company growth.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
• UK/UAE driving license required.
