نظرة عامة على الدور:

We areseeking an experienced and ambitious Product Manager – Enterprise Networking to strategically manage, position, and grow our portfolio of enterprisenetworking solutions. This role acts as a vital connector between our vendorpartners, internal sales teams, and end customers, driving market successthrough product strategy, deep technical expertise, and impactful go-to-marketexecution.

The idealcandidate has strong knowledge of networking technologies, excellent marketinsight, and the drive to deliver results aligned with our strategic businessobjectives.

المهام الأساسية:

1.Product Portfolio Management : Own, manage, and optimizethe enterprise networking product portfolio (switches, routers, firewalls,wireless solutions) to meet market demand and business goals.

2. VendorRelationship Management : Act as the primary liaisonwith enterprise networking vendors (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Ruckus,Juniper, etc.), ensuring alignment in strategy, product roadmap, andmarket execution.

3. MarketAnalysis & Strategy : Conduct detailed marketanalysis, identify competitive positioning, and proactively capture growthopportunities.

  • Develop compellinggo-to-market (GTM) strategies, including pricing models, promotionalcampaigns, and targeted sales enablement programs.

4. SalesEnablement: Collaborate directly withsales and presales teams, providing effective product training, technicalsupport, and tailored solutions to win customer engagements.

5.Customer Engagement & Solution Development : Engage with key customersand strategic accounts to understand requirements, design solutions, andensure sustained customer satisfaction.

6.Product Launch & Promotionn : Plan and coordinatesuccessful new product launches, working closely with marketing and salesto maximize market impact and awareness.

7.Forecasting & Demand Planning : Create accurate salesforecasts, demand plans, and inventory management strategies, aligningclosely with business objectives.

8.Performance Tracking & Analytics: Continuously monitor productperformance, analyze sales data, and implement actionable improvements toachieve targeted results.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • 1. Experience: Minimum 5+ years inProduct Management or Sales focused on Enterprise Networking solutionswithin the Middle East region.
  • 2. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding ofnetworking technologies, including switches, routers, firewalls, andenterprise wireless solutions.
  • 3. Vendor Knowledge: Familiarity and workingexperience with key brands such as Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Juniper,Ruckus, etc.
  • 4. Analytical & Strategic: Proven capability totranslate market insights, competitive analysis, and sales data intostrategic product plans.
  • 5. Relationship Skills: Exceptional ability tobuild and maintain effective relationships with vendors, internal teams,and end customers.
  • 6. Education &Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related discipline; advancednetworking certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.) are advantageous.
  • 7. Location & Travel: Must be based in Dubai,UAE, with willingness to regularly travel within the region.
