Job description:
- Serves clients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notify Vet Team of patients’ arrival and inquiries.
- Maintains telecommunications system.
- Follow procedures, monitoring logbook and appointment agenda.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Assists in setting up a new client.
- Maintains financial database records.
- Maintains stock of supplies by anticipating work requirements, ordering supplies, and distributing supplies where necessary.
- Answers phone calls, customer questions and books & confirms customer appointments.
- Engages in staff training.
- Performs additional duties when required.
