Responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing the city-wide resilience strategy for the organization and its subsidiaries. This role ensures systemic risks are proactively identified and managed, critical operations are protected through robust continuity planning, and cross-sector initiatives are aligned under a unified resilience framework. The Head of Resilience acts as the principal architect of resilience across the organization, driving integration, collaboration, and innovation. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of urban systems, risk governance, and the ability to navigate complexity with innovation and foresight.

Key Responsibilities of City Resilience Head

• Develop and implement city-wide resilience strategies
• Identify and manage systemic risks proactively
• Ensure continuity planning for critical operations

Qualifications Required for City Resilience Head

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 10+ years experience in resilience risk management or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
