Banke International Properties is a leading real estate agency specializing in off-plan property sales. We are looking for an experienced Offplan Sales Manager to lead our off-plan sales team, manage client relationships, and drive sales growth in the offplan property market.

المسمى الوظيفي :
The Offplan Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the off-plan sales team. You will work closely with developers, clients, and the sales team to ensure that sales targets are met, and clients receive the highest level of service. You will also contribute to the strategic direction of the offplan sales division.

المهام الأساسية :

1. Lead and manage the off-plan sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase off-plan property sales.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients.
4. Provide guidance and support to the sales team in closing off-plan deals.
5. Coordinate property viewings and follow up with potential buyers.
6. Keep up-to-date with the latest off-plan projects and market trends.
7. Conduct training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
8. Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions.

المتطلبات :

1. Proven experience in off-plan property sales, preferably in a management role.
2. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
4. Excellent negotiation skills and sales acumen.
5. Knowledge of the off-plan property market and trends.
