We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will have experience in leasing residential and/orcommercial properties, excellent communication skills, and a deepunderstanding of the local rental market.

المهام الأساسية:

• Manage property listings and ensure accurate, up-to-date informationacross all platforms.• Handle inquiries from potential tenants and schedule property viewings.• Conduct property tours and professionally present units to prospectivetenants.• Negotiate lease terms and prepare tenancy agreements in line withcompany policies and legal regulations.• Maintain relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure long-termsatisfaction and retention.• Assist in property handovers, move-ins, and move-outs.• Monitor market trends and rental rates to advise clients and maximizeoccupancy.

المتطلبات:

• 2–3 years of leasing experience (UAE market preferred).• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.• Knowledge of real estate CRM systems and property portals.• Presentable, motivated, and able to work independently.• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
