We are seeking a skilled Planning Engineer with experience in interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. They will work closely with the project management team to develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure that all tasks align with project timelines and client requirements.

المهام الأساسية:

• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules for fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Prepare progress reports and schedule updates to track project performance.
• Identify potential risks and delays and prepare EOT reports.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Responsible for assigning necessary internal resources and ensuring efficient use of labour, materials, and equipment.

مؤهلات:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in planning and scheduling, specifically in interior fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in project management software – Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
