المهام الأساسية:

· Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with local regulations and company standards.

· Conduct regular inspections and audits of project sites, facilities, and equipment to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

· Provide HSE guidance and support to project teams, subcontractors, and vendors, promoting best practices and proactive risk management.

· Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.

· Conduct HSE training sessions and toolbox talks for employees to raise awareness and enhance safety performance.

· Liaise with regulatory authorities, clients, and stakeholders on HSE-related matters, maintaining compliance with contractual requirements.

· Monitor HSE performance metrics and trends, and implement initiatives for continuous improvement.

· Participate in emergency response planning and drills, and provide support during emergencies as needed.

· Champion sustainability initiatives and environmental conservation efforts across company operations.

مؤهلات:

· Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, or related field.

· Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent (subject to approval by ADNOC Group) is aMUST .

·Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE within the construction industry, preferably in the UAE

· Preferably an HSE Engineer already approved by ADNOC,or a candidate eligible for ADNOC approval awaiting successful completion of the exam/selection process.

· Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

· Proven leadership abilities and a proactive approach to safety and environmental management.

· Fluency in English
