We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Technical Engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering to manage and coordinate technical aspects of fit-out and interior design works. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are executed according to specifications, within budget, and on schedule.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage technical coordination for fit-out and interior design projects.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and regulations.
• Liaise with contractors, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project flow.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and schedules for accuracy and feasibility.
• Conduct site inspections and manage technical documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of fit-out work in line with project requirements.

مؤهلات:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or relevant field).
• 5 years of experience in fit-out/ID works and project coordination.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction and interior design processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
